My stay at the Residency Club was quite disappointing, though the rooms were spacious and clean. However, the overall service experience felt more like I was an outsider rather than a valued guest. The amenities I was looking forward to were largely unavailable, making my family's visit less enjoyable.
My stay at Residency Club had its highs and lows. While the staff at reception were excellent and the location was perfect for exploring Pune, the room could have used some serious upgrades. The wifi was a major hassle, and the spa facilities left much to be desired. Still, the outdoor restaurant offered a delicious dinner that made the experience somewhat worthwhile.
I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Residency Club! The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my experience nice. The only downside was that some facilities were not available at times, and it occasionally felt like privileges were limited to club members. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here for the fantastic service and comfortable rooms. 😊
